Who this covers

This policy applies to the website at f5design.studio, the free browser-based tools hosted on it, and the F5 Listing Check browser extension. It is operated by F5 Design Studio. If you want to reach a human about anything on this page, email f5.studio.bulgaria@gmail.com.

F5 Listing Check browser extension

The extension audits an Etsy listing page you are already viewing and shows you the result. It is built so that no listing data, and no personal data, is transmitted to F5 Design Studio or to any third party.

What it reads

When you click the extension on an Etsy listing page, it reads the content of that page: the title, description, price, tags, images and related on-page text. It reads this in order to run its checks and display a score. This reading happens entirely inside your browser.

What it sends

Nothing, to us. The extension makes exactly one network request, and that request goes to the same Etsy listing page you already have open, in order to read the page source for tag detection. No data is sent to F5 Design Studio, and there are no analytics, trackers, advertising pixels or third-party services of any kind in the extension.

What it stores

The extension keeps your last five audit scores so you can see whether a listing improved. Each saved entry contains only a numeric score and a date. It is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device. Removing the extension, or clearing your browser storage, deletes it permanently. We cannot see it and we have no way to retrieve it.

Permissions and why they exist

• Access to etsy.com and etsy.me pages: required so the extension can read the listing you are auditing. It runs only on Etsy listing pages and nowhere else on the web.
• activeTab and scripting: required so the audit runs on the tab you are actually looking at, at the moment you click the button, rather than in the background.
• storage: used to keep the small local score history described above.

The extension does not read pages on any other website, does not track your browsing, and does not run unless you open it.

Free tools on this website

The Etsy Image Resizer, the Etsy Fee Calculator and the SAF-T audit file tool all run entirely in your browser. Photos you drop into the resizer, numbers you type into the calculator, and Etsy statements you load into the SAF-T tool are processed on your own machine and are never uploaded to a server. Closing the tab disposes of them. We never receive them, so we could not share them even if we wanted to.

Email, if you give us one

If you submit your email address through a form on this site, we store it in order to reply to you and, where you asked for it, to send occasional updates. It is held with our email provider (Sender.net) for that purpose. We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to advertisers. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, and you can ask us to delete your address entirely by emailing f5.studio.bulgaria@gmail.com.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like effectively all web hosting, their infrastructure processes standard technical request information such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not use this to build a profile of you.

Links to other places

Some pages link to Etsy, to our community on Skool, and to social platforms. Once you follow a link, that company's own privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

Children

These are business tools for people running online shops. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. In practice the only personal data we are likely to hold is an email address. Email us and we will act on it.

Changes to this policy

If the extension or the tools ever start handling data differently, this page will be updated before that change ships, and the date at the top will change with it.
